  • Happy Feeding OT supports infants, children, and teens with everyday participation and independence. Services include sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills, feeding and oral-motor development, toileting, sleep routines, and kindergarten readiness.

    Care is individualized and child-led. Parent coaching and collaboration with schools or daycare settings help connect strategies with everyday life.

  • Yes. Virtual parent consultations and ongoing parent coaching take place online. A 45-minute consultation is $125 and offers space to discuss feeding habits, sensory needs, emotional regulation, sleep routines, or other parenting questions.

    Consultations are available for parents of children with typical or atypical development. We can also discuss whether an OT evaluation or ongoing therapy may be helpful. Email, call, or use the website inquiry form to arrange a session.

  • Treatment sessions and virtual parent consultations are 45 minutes. An initial evaluation may require a longer appointment; Kristin will confirm the format, length, and fee before you schedule.

    The number and frequency of visits depend on your child’s needs and your family’s goals. We develop the plan together and review it as your child progresses.

  • Happy Feeding OT is a private-pay, out-of-network practice. Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are available upon request for you to submit to your insurance plan for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

    Coverage and reimbursement depend on your plan and are not guaranteed. Please contact your insurer to confirm your benefits.

  • We accept HSA/FSA cards through Ivy Pay, as well as cash, check, or Venmo. Superbills are available upon request for possible out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

  • A superbill lists the services provided, dates of service, provider information, and applicable billing and diagnosis codes based on your child’s evaluation and care.

    Codes are individualized rather than selected from a general website list. Contact Kristin if your insurer needs additional documentation.

  • Clinic visits: $145 for 45 minutes.

    Home, school, and daycare visits: $165–$245 for 45 minutes, depending on location and availability.

    Virtual parent consultation: $125 for 45 minutes.
