Parent Coaching

A supportive space to understand your child and feel more confident in everyday parenting.

Meet with Kristin to talk through emotional growth, big feelings, sensory needs, sleep and bedtime routines, feeding, toileting, or the questions that come up along the way.

Coaching can be a starting point for families or ongoing support alongside your child’s occupational therapy.

Weekly support as your child grows

Parenting questions change from week to week. Regular parent coaching gives you space to check in, reflect on what is working, and adjust strategies together.

We can explore emotional development and co-regulation, sensory processing, transitions, sleep routines, feeding habits, toileting, play, and everyday family challenges. Sessions focus on practical ideas that fit your child and your family.

Parents can meet without their child present to ask questions and practice strategies. Together, we can also discuss whether an occupational therapy evaluation or ongoing therapy may be helpful.

A parent’s experience

“Weekly parent coaching with Kristin has given us a place to talk through big feelings, emotional regulation, sleep, and whatever comes up with our child. Her guidance helps us understand our child’s needs and try practical strategies throughout the week. We feel more supported and confident as parents.”
